Installing Ecological Insulation Systems

We install breathable and ecological insulation systems such as the Pavatex Pavadentro IWI system  calsitherm climate boards and  Epatherm indoor climate boards.

The Pavatex Pavadentro IWI system is an internal wall insulation board made from wood fibre. This is particularly ideal for refurbishment projects where the walls are single leaf solid masonry or where the facade possesses historical value.

The Pavatex Diffutherm EWI system encompasses an external wall insulation board which is compatible with lime mortar projects - both restoration and new builds. This system is ideal on both masonry and timber frame buildings.

These insulation boards are fully vapour-open and capillary active, and they are a natural insulation product made from wood chippings.

Lath and Plaster ceiling

Many older houses have plaster walls and ceilings with a wood lath for a base.

These wood laths are installed with gaps called keys that are between each piece of lath.

The plaster is forced between the spaced lath and this holds it into place.

Old lath and plaster is prone to cracking and sagging and can eventually fall down.

We can repair lath and plaster ceilings.
